About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Trainer & Support Engineer to play a key role in our after-sales operations in Spain. This position combines technical support, fault diagnosis, and workshop technician training, ensuring that our distributors, dealers, and service centers deliver high-quality service standards. You will provide direct support to our Spanish dealer network, lead technical training programs, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Fault Diagnosis
- Provide technical after-sales support and diagnostic guidance for Spanish distributors and service centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site when required.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret failure data from the Spanish market to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support product improvement initiatives and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, including diagnostic guides, troubleshooting manuals, and technical analysis reports.
- Training & Knowledge Development
- Lead and deliver training courses (in-person and virtual) for distributors and service teams across Spain.
- Provide on-site training to enhance diagnostic capabilities and service quality.
- Oversee preparation and updates of training materials, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the latest automotive technologies.
- Conduct post-training evaluations, analyze feedback, and improve training content and methodologies.
- Collaborate with technical engineers to integrate real-world technical cases into training modules.
- Support technical events such as skills competitions and other after-sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive after-sales service, technical support, or technical training (experience with high-end brands and EVs is a strong plus).Strong knowledge of vehicle systems : mechanical structures, electrical architecture, and diagnostic tools.Native Spanish, fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong presentation skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.Hands-on, practical problem solver with a structured and logical mindset.Strong sense of responsibility, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.Flexible and willing to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad (including China).Work Location :
