Technical Consultant and Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in the Cybersecurity Technology.

As a technical trainer, you must be extremely knowledgeable in the field of Cybersecurity expertise and possess solid technical aptitude especially with vendors like Palo Alto Networks and F5.

Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s technical / IT skills to meet our customer needs.

Education : Minimum +2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a technical role like a Network Engineer.

This role is remote with some travel to our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Instructor provides functional supervision of students in the training environment
• Evaluates trainee performance in the classroom, on-the-job and in the laboratory settings.
• Performs student-assessments with a goal of meeting student needs and job requirements.
• Use a variety of training materials including classroom lesson plans, laboratory guides, and activities to foster learning.
• Maintain knowledge of products and features and technology with the ability to conduct effective, high quality training
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
