As Vice President of Sales, Europe , you will report directly to the CEO and join the European Board Team , playing a key role in shaping and driving the commercial strategy and business performance across the region.
What You Will Do
Lead the profitable growth and overall sales strategy across Europe.
Develop and execute a comprehensive European commercial strategy, working closely with Territory Directors and Global Product Management.
Align regional strategies to ensure effective execution, accountability, and delivery of business objectives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders including Sales Directors, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, and Technical Support.
Define volume and profitability targets, supporting regional teams to drive performance through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market expansion.
Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams, while driving organizational transformation.

Design and manage an annual sales growth plan and go-to-market strategy, ensuring resources are optimized to meet business goals.
