Regional Operations Coordinator

This is a dynamic and challenging role requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. You will work closely with the Spanish Regional Business Director to drive business growth and success in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the deployment of specific business tasks for the renewable energy business, ensuring timely execution and meeting set objectives.
• Coordinate with the deputy General Manager on key client contracts / agreements, facilitating negotiations and implementation processes.
• Manage administrative duties of the deputy General Manager, providing efficient support and ensuring seamless operations.
• Organize and coordinate management / sales meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and facilitation.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the deputy General Manager, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
