Platform Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to perform key tasks within our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Monitoring : Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and health of applications and infrastructure.
• Alert Response and Reporting : Respond promptly to alerts or alarms generated by monitoring systems. Analyze system data to identify trends or anomalies and deliver platform health reports to stakeholders.
• Incident Detection and Resolution : Identify and log incidents, capturing all relevant details. Escalate unresolved issues to technical teams based on severity and impact. Collaborate with engineers and other IT teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Infrastructure Maintenance : Perform regular checks to ensure system configurations, logs, and monitoring tools are functioning correctly. Support preventative actions to minimize downtime risk.
• Tool Administration and Development : Configure and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerts. Ensure monitoring tools are up-to-date and aligned with current infrastructure setups.
• Collaboration and Documentation : Work closely with IT teams to maintain a stable and secure environment. Document procedures, incident-handling protocols, and resolution patterns for future reference.
