About this Role
The Sales Support professional generates, consolidates, and analyzes key reports to inform decision-making for the sales team, management, and dealership network. The contributions drive operational efficiency and KPI tracking across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creation and update of sales and commercial performance reports.
- Preparation of detailed reports upon request, tailored to specific needs.
- Data analysis on dealership network activity, including focused studies on individual dealers.
- Development, management, and control of action plans related to new dealership openings and monitoring of dealers in special situations.
- Monitoring and control of vehicle stock, as well as analysis of unit allocation needs per dealership.
- Support in preparing reports for management and cross-functional departments.
- Monitoring of sales campaigns and action plans through performance indicators.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of data from multiple sources.
- Coordination with internal teams to align objectives and information.
Required Skills :
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.Previous experience in commercial analysis or sales support (automotive sector experience a plus).Advanced proficiency in Excel and analysis tools like Power BI.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication and organizational skills.Intermediate to high level of English.
