Key Responsibilities As a Sales Operation intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of customer orders and shipments.
You will oversee the daily management of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
You will collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.
You will update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.
You will monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.
You will collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.
You will organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.
Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual who possesses the following skills :
Proficiency in Spanish and Chinese languages.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels.
Responsible and proactive learning attitude.
The right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
