What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Operations Expert T24 , working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be :

• As a member of the “IT Core Operations” team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases.
• Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments.
• Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces
• Execute and supervise the close of business
• Maintaining production and test environments
• Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs
• Automate tasks where ever possible
• Resolves and closes incidents / service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelines
• Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis
• Escalates unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescales
• Logs relevant incident / service request details per help desk procedures
• Complete daily and periodic checklists
• Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management

Work location

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
