Principal Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Engineer for a long-term, impactful role within a leading multinational group in the aviation and travel industry.

In this role, you will lead the development of an Engineering Metrics Platform on AWS, integrating tools like GitHub and SonarCloud, and driving DevSecOps, automation, while collaborating with AI and engineering teams to enhance productivity, quality, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop technical solutions across all layers (UI, backend, databases) with AWS as the primary infrastructure.
• Develop API integrations and automation for engineering tools (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Snyk, SonarCloud).
• Enhance CI / CD pipelines, implement DevSecOps practices, and facilitate secure, automated deployments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software designs and ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI teams, and stakeholders to promote best practices, standards, and reusable assets.
• Contribute to engineering documentation, onboarding guides, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
