We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager who will assist in business development and marketing tasks, building knowledge on commercial department processes and practices within our company. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our Commercial Director, developing initial prospects and being included in a career development plan.

Job Description and Responsibilities

- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and promote engineering, procurement, and construction services for utilities, developers, and infrastructure funds, focusing on power-related technologies and projects. Examples include :
">
Gas-based power plants : Key for decarbonization and transition, experience with gas-based GT and CCGT technologies.">
Zero-emissions power plants : Including CCS solutions for gas power plants and renewables and circular technologies such as biomass and W2E.">
Assistant technologies for electrification of economies : Grid assistance technologies for assisting the penetration of renewables such as inertial synchronous condensers, batteries, and thermal energy storage.">
Contribute to defining our company's value proposition for each opportunity in conjunction with our Power BU Commercial Director.">
Maintain top-class and cutting-edge marketing documentation substrate in all commercial aspects.">
Engage with clients and maintain corporate relationships with clients.">
Develop relations with key OEMs and maintain relationships and understanding on their technologies and evolutionary plans.">
Establish our company's positioning, define the strategy, and support the bidding process, coordinating with other BDMs who provide complementary value (regional knowledge, service knowledge) and with the Power Proposals' Directors.">
Report all commercial activities, from opportunity identification to contracting, through Salesforce.">
Background and Experience
">
At least 4 years of relevant experience valuable.">
Education : Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in industrial engineering.">
Clear aspiration to become a commercial manager working internationally in the energy / power sector.">
Inquisitiveness and knowledge about power OEMs, utilities, infra-funds & developers', with a keen attitude to get a deep understanding of market drivers, trends, and players.">
Eager to develop strategic and analytical thinking.">
Creative and able to produce high-quality techno / commercial documentation, capability to clearly express ideas both verbally and in writing.">
Passion and understanding of the importance that specific technologies (e.g., CH4 and H2 power generation and CCS) have in supporting the energy transition.">
Availability for travel, mostly within Europe, America, and the Middle East.
