We seek a seasoned Revenue Operations Specialist to lead the commercial function in a fast-growing fintech startup. This key role is critical to aligning and optimizing systems, processes, and data across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone of the revenue organization, driving efficiency, clarity, and consistency across the revenue funnel. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-close, onboarding, retention)
- Owning and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation workflows
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and revenue reports to support informed decision-making
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and CS to enhance forecasting, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Ensuring data integrity and hygiene across all GTM platforms
- Driving operational alignment and transparency between revenue teams
- Identifying bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle and implementing scalable solutions
- Partnering with leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
Requirements :
