What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Global Launch Specialist to join our dynamic team at Exeltis. This position involves supporting the management and execution of projects within our Business Development department. This role is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the launch of new products at Exeltis affiliates, ensuring compliance with deadlines and manufacturer requirements, acting as a liaison between regulatory, commercial, and supply chain departments, facilitating communication and the efficient execution of the launch plan.

The challenge!

  • Support Exeltis ́s affiliates in the preparation of the launch plan (Exeltis Launch Plan).
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the Exeltis Launch Plan.
  • Support the registration and regulatory approval process, ensuring that launch activities begin at the appropriate time.
  • Manage follow-up meetings with affiliates and the supplier's Supply Chain team to ensure the accuracy of the Exeltis Launch Plan, ensuring the timely availability of artwork, forecasts, launch sheets, and purchase orders.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturers and affiliates to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure management tools are kept up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress.

What do you need?

  • University degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication, organizational, and team management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Specific knowledge : SAP
  • Advanced command of standard software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject).
