Overview Warehouse Operations Manager Livoltek, a global leader in solar inverters and EV charging solutions, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for its Iberia region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory, delivery, and ensuring a safe environment.
Responsibilities Tracking and managing inventory
Inspecting the warehouse and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Managing warehouse staff
Evaluating performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflow processes
Coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery
Ensuring inventory accuracy by coordinating with the HQ team
Managing end-to-end logistics and supply chain for the Spain warehouse
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Knowledge of WMS systems is highly desirable

Preferred skills At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management
