Responsibilities
In this role, you will help maintain the smooth operation and performance of all IT systems, monitor LAN / network usage, ensure regular backups and system integrity, and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and cost-effective procurement.
- Manage antivirus software deployment and virus protection updates
- Track and ensure compliance with all software licenses
- Conduct training for internal staff and IT team on system use and best practices
- Support regional and HQ IT teams on system integration and infrastructure alignment
- Ensure data security through password control, backup verification, and secure storage
- Maintain client data integrity for Sales and Marketing operations
