Descripción del trabajoHave at least 2 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role Have proven experience in working with e-commerce D2C or digital products Experience in the beauty, wellness, health or household goods sector is a significant advantage Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way Possess strong common sense and excellent English language skills You will make a difference with your work, helping HealthTech products thrive, leading to over 6.5 million people living healthier lives, and unleashing your inner drive for innovation. for a Creative Strategist to drive growth and boost conversions for our up and coming health & wellness products. If you're passionate about creativity, performance marketing and you are , join us and help scale our business to new heights
Get ready to
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs
- Oversee the visual brand execution to maintain consistency and appeal across all marketing materials
- Write comprehensive briefs for internal and external graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionals
- Develop and manage a network of external resources supporting creative delivery
- Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance and develop new angles
- Conduct analyses of competitors' ads to stay ahead in the market
