As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Client-Facing Project Manager to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.

The role

We're seeking an exceptional Client-Facing Project Manager who is a master of organization and a champion of the creative process. This role is a 6-month full-time involvement, with the possibility to stay longer. You'll be the organizational backbone for our work with a new, incredibly exciting client — a globally recognized leader in the workflow automation space. This is a client whose innovative open-source platform is widely used by developers, IT professionals, and businesses worldwide to connect apps, automate tasks, and streamline complex processes. Your expertise will be in driving projects from brief to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, and serving as the bridge between the client and our creative team. Your strong project leadership skills and a genuine passion for a well-run process are non-negotiable.

This is a full-time position.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management

Orchestrate Project Lifecycles : Own the entire project journey for our key client's creative and video initiatives, from ideation and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Detailed Planning & Oversight : Create meticulous project plans, detailed timelines, and clear deliverables. Proactively identify potential blockers or opportunities, keeping both our key client and our internal teams informed and aligned.

Quality Assurance : Oversee the review of all creative assets (videos, graphics, animations), ensuring they meet our client's brand guidelines and the agency's quality standards before delivery.

Team Coordination & Workflow

Team Catalyst : Act as the central liaison, fostering seamless collaboration between our key client and Camping's creative teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator). Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs.

Performance & Optimization : Track, analyze, and communicate the performance of all marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates, insights, and data-backed recommendations for optimization to our key client and internal stakeholders.

Process Enhancement : Champion continuous improvement within our workflows and processes, leading retrospective sessions to enhance collaboration and output.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing project management role, with a focus on creative and video production.

Extensive Project Management proficiency, with a track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous projects from concept to completion.

A solid understanding of marketing workflows and the creative production process.

High level of fluency in English, both written and spoken. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess this proficiency, as it is a mandatory requirement for our international clientele.

Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Ability to balance demanding client needs with protecting creative integrity.

Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.).

The Perfect Fit Will Also Have

A profound passion for and demonstrable interest in technology, workflow automation, and emerging tech trends.

Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth tech environment.

Proven ability to work with and manage remote teams effectively.

Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and performance analysis.

Prior experience working with open-source communities or developer-focused products.

Location

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.

Working model

We're trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off. For our team, Taking Friday off is a bonus, and it's conditional to our workload being effectively managed and our commitments being properly attended.

Flexible working hours are a given, as we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.

We work in a hybrid model, with at least two days per week at our office in the Poblenou area.

What We Offer

Immediate incorporation

Gross yearly salary of 36.000€-44.000€ (depending on experience).

4-day workweek with Fridays off (on trial), flexible working hours, and a hybrid model with at least two days per week in our office in the Poblenou area.
