Our Paid Media Manager will lead our paid acquisition strategy and grow our user base in English-speaking regions, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other leading channels.
- Analyze performance and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A / B testing on creative assets and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-performing campaigns, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting, empowering data-driven decision making.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in English-speaking markets.Native or near-native fluency in English (written and spoken).Strong expertise in advertising platforms and performance tracking, including analytics tools and software.Analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and excellent problem-solving skills.Employee Benefits
