Product Manager - Lighting Category

We are seeking a talented Global Product Strategist to play a strategic role in shaping the future of our robotic pool cleaning solutions. You will work across regions and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to define and own the global product strategy for the lighting category.

As part of our Global Product team, you will drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities include :

• Defining and owning the global product strategy for the lighting category
• Leading the development of New Product Development (NPD)
• Supporting global launch plans
• Cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams, Global Engineering Teams, Sales Teams, Supply Chain
