Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a strong drive, and the ability to open new doors. We want a true go-getter , someone who thrives on calling customers, attending networking events , and finding opportunities where others see challenges.

Your mission will be to generate and close new business opportunities, helping us grow and secure major contracts with high-level clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our offices in Castelldefels.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect new clients through calls, networking, and direct outreach.

Generate and qualify leads, turning them into real business opportunities.

Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

Represent Unimedia at events, trade shows, and conferences .

Collaborate with the internal team to design tailored solutions for each client.

Requirements

A proactive, dynamic, and target-driven commercial profile.

Experience in B2B business development or sales in the tech / services sector.

Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, and opening conversations .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to network and spot opportunities in business environments.

Previous experience in tech consultancy or custom software is a plus.

What We Offer

Base salary : €28,000 – €35,000 gross per year , depending on experience.

Attractive, uncapped commission plan with the potential to double or exceed your base salary based on performance.

Stable contract, full-time, on-site in Castelldefels.
