Business Engagement Specialist

Our Opportunity

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the execution and delivery of a wide variety of initiatives within the Zurich Barcelona Technology Delivery Center (TDC) team. Your focus will shift from project execution to fostering strong business relationships, identifying opportunities, and co-creating value through initiatives that drive transformation, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

As a Business Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for :

• Acting as the primary interface between TDC and internal business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and future needs.
• Building and nurturing relationships across departments to proactively identify business opportunities and co-develop solutions that drive value.
• Translating business needs into clear and actionable initiatives, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and timely execution.
• Facilitating cross-functional alignment and collaboration to drive transparency, accountability, and efficiency across initiatives.
• Supporting the development and execution of the TDC strategic roadmap, ensuring business engagement is embedded in planning and governance processes.
