Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. You\u2019ll work closely with Account Executives to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach.
Responsibilities
Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach.Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new opportunities.Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal and team targets, ensuring ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel.Conduct discovery / qualification calls with Enterprise companies and C-level titles to identify potential needs / interests and collect all information needed for the Sales Team to start the sales process.Hit personal targets (monthly and quarterly) and contribute to the team KPIs on closed deals, calls, and emails with a focus on quality.Collect and update all prospect / company statuses in the CRM (Hubspot) to track sales metrics and progress.Share feedback and contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve sales processes; participate in education sessions and training and share best practices with the Sales department.About You
0.5-1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.Experience with outbound lead generation.Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).Experience with prospecting tools and CRM.Experience in conducting calls with clients.Strong communication skills and a quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.Hunger for feedback and coaching.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.What is there for you?
