Job Overview
The front desk representative is the primary point of contact for students, residents, and guests.
This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing the day-to-day running of the reception.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes ensuring a smooth operation.
- Build strong relationships with residents and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
- Assist with general office duties including correspondence, emails, filing, answering telephones, and maintaining the reception area.
- Accept mail and parcels for residents and staff distributing them correctly and efficiently using the in-house system.
- Provide excellent customer service demonstrating company product knowledge and upholding core values.
