Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and assisting guests with ticket purchases.
- Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
- Taking care of the cash register and keeping the museum store stand well-stocked.
- Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
- Providing support to enhance the overall experience and responding to customer questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Resilient in handling daily challenges and collaborative team player.Ability to provide clear and concise explanations and assist in setting up exhibitions.Attention to detail in all tasks and ability to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things.What We Offer
Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.Proficient in cash handling will be a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level fluent-upper B2.Our Values
