Head Of Supply Chain Northern Europe

We are looking for a Head of Finance (maternity cover) to lead financial strategy in a fast-growing startup. Reporting to the CEO, this key leadership role ensures financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency. A Senior Accountant will handle accounting and payments, allowing the Head of Finance to focus on strategy, planning, and financial control.

This is a temporary position (6-8 months), with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Operations

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

Define and analyze key financial and operational KPIs, providing strategic insights to stakeholders.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with accuracy and consistency.

Oversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.

Optimize EBITDA through profitability analysis and cost-saving strategies.

Ensure effective cash flow management and implement working capital optimization policies.

Lead audit processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Act as the primary liaison for financial stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors.

Support the financial transition to a new corporate structure and oversee the liquidation of previous entities.

Legal & Compliance

Ensure compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Manage corporate legal documentation in coordination with external advisors.

Human Resources Support

Oversee payroll and HR compliance with the support of external consultants.

What We Are Looking For

6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, and risk mitigation.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).

What We Offer

Gross Annual Salary : €50,000 - €55,000 plus benefits.
