Overview
Head of Compliance (Industrial & Supply Chain) at LOEWE. The role develops, implements, and oversees a comprehensive compliance and risk management program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will work with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization. Based in Madrid (Getafe); reporting to the Global Quality & Aftersales Director, with collaboration with the Global Sustainability Department, Internal Control, and Indirect Purchase Departments.
Responsibilities
- Compliance & Risk Management : Oversee product compliance for all Product Categories (except Fragrances and Home Scents), including special projects (e.g., Salone del Mobile) and Global Marketing initiatives; develop and maintain a robust compliance program aligned with legal / regulatory requirements and LVMH global roadmap; create and update compliance policies and procedures; stay up to date on product-related regulations; organize regulatory monitoring and access to official documentation; identify and assess organizational risks; develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness; conduct regular risk assessments and update the risk profile.
- Duty of Vigilance : Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to identify and address potential human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain for all Product Categories (except Fragrances and Home Scents); perform audits, inspections, checks with vendors and suppliers; due diligence on suppliers and business partners; develop and implement remediation plans.
- Sustainability & Traceability : Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and industrial sustainability agenda; monitor and report environmental performance; identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact; establish and maintain systems for tracking products and materials throughout the supply chain; ensure compliance with traceability requirements in relevant markets.
- Reporting & Monitoring : Prepare reports on compliance and risk management for senior management, Loewe Supplier Sustainability Committee, and LVMH Duty of Vigilance Taskforce; build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and stakeholders; represent the organization in discussions with regulatory authorities; investigate and resolve compliance violations.
- Team Management : Supervise and lead a team of professionals, including external consultants; foster a positive, collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement; motivate and involve teams to support long-term transformations and manage change resistance.

15+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects of significant complexity and / or in manufacturing industriesStrong knowledge of legal requirements and controls : applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturing standardsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teamsFluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written); a third language (French or Italian) is a plusProfessional certification is preferredAbout us
