Head of Compliance (Industrial & Supply Chain)

As Head of Compliance , you will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance and risk management program. This role is critical in ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will work closely with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

You will report to the Global Quality & Aftersales Director and will be based in Madrid (Getafe). You will collaborate closely with the Global Sustainability Department, as well as Internal Control and Indirect Purchase Departments.

Responsibilities

Your role will be :

• Compliance & Risk Management : Oversee all aspects of product compliance for all our Product Categories (except Fragrances and Home Scents), including special projects - e.g. Salone di Mobile - and Global Marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a robust compliance program that addresses all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and covers LVMH global roadmap.
• Create and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with LVMH roadmap, industry best practices and evolving regulations.
• Stay up to date on product-related regulations and standards in relevant markets, organize effective regulatory monitoring and access to all needed relevant official documentation,
• Identify and assess potential risks across the organization, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update the organization\'s risk profile.
