Overview We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions across various touchpoints.
Responsibilities Quality Assurance : Monitor and analyze customer contacts handled by agents to ensure quality standards are met.
Training and Development : Prepare agents to confidently respond to customers in complex or sensitive situations and create high-quality templates aligned with our communication standards.
Performance Management : Identify individual performance gaps and report findings to the Supervisor, ensuring consistent training levels across all agents.
Process Improvement : Regularly review and improve existing templates to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Qualifications Bilingual Proficiency : Fluency in English is required.
Excellent Customer Service Skills : Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and provide timely solutions to complex problems.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Excel at finding effective solutions to customer issues.
Conflict Management : Remain calm under pressure and effectively manage conflicts.
Benefits Full-Time Contract : 39 hours / week, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 to 18 : 00.
Competitive Salary : €22,000 gross / year + up to €3,180 gross / year in bonus + private medical insurance.
