Overview

Lead Customer Service Team

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our customer service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and developing junior team members, while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of inbound leads, convert prospects into opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, improve client experiences, and drive continuous process improvement.

To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring they meet and exceed their individual and collective sales goals.

Cultivating strong relationships with new customers and serving as a trusted advisor introducing them to our products and services.

Driving a high volume of customer service interactions, guiding clients through every step, and acting as an example to other team members.

Collaborating across departments to enhance workflows, improve client experiences, and drive continuous process improvement within the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, with a proven ability to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a customer-first approach. Strong organizational skills and effective time management are also essential, as is the ability to maintain consistent, intensive phone activity to reach daily call targets and engage with multiple clients.
