Overview

Business Analysis Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Technology team on an ambitious International project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in defining tasks and evolutions for innovative solutions, maintaining the backlog and prioritizing tasks based on business value.

Responsibilities

Define and develop tasks and evolutions for cutting-edge solutions
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
Establish acceptance criteria and facilitate collaboration with the team
Provide a global vision of product evolution and development

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Jira and other agile tools

Experience with Miro board and sAFE methodology

Background in large-scale projects and excellent communication skills

Familiarity with Cognigy and Genesys platforms

Strong English language skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment
