En TSL seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar profesionales en distintas especialidades técnicas para sumarse a nuestros equipos de obra en España. Participarás en la construcción de Data Centers, Centros Logísticos, Plantas de Producción Avanzada, Naves de frío para diversos sectores y Plantas de baterías. En el marco de esta vacante, buscamos incorporar un / a IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist.

Administración de sistemas y redes

Gestionar servidores, sistemas operativos, almacenamiento y backups.
Configurar y mantener redes LAN / WAN, firewalls, VPN y acceso remoto seguro.
Supervisar la seguridad informática y garantizar la continuidad de servicio.

Gestión de usuarios y soporte

Alta, baja y gestión de permisos en Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, etc.

Resolver incidencias técnicas de hardware y software en oficina y proyectos de obra.

Dar soporte en la configuración de dispositivos (PCs, móviles, tablets de obra).

Infraestructura en proyectos de construcción

Asegurar conectividad y equipamiento IT en nuevas obras (redes temporales, servidores locales, impresoras, videoconferencia).

Coordinar con proveedores externos para instalaciones y mantenimiento.

Dar soporte a plataformas externas si requieren integraciones con sistemas internos.

Herramientas corporativas y gestión documental

Administrar licencias de software (Microsoft, AutoCAD, Primavera, BIM, etc.).

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de plataformas de colaboración internas (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Apoyar a los equipos y el resto de áreas de TSL con soluciones IT específicas.

Seguridad informática y de la información

Implementar políticas de ciberseguridad y control de accesos.

Monitorizar redes y sistemas para detectar posibles incidentes de seguridad.

Asegurar copias de seguridad periódicas, planes de recuperación ante desastres y continuidad del negocio.

Gestionar accesos remotos y multifactor de manera segura.

Concienciar y formar a empleados en buenas prácticas de seguridad digital.

Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas de protección de datos (GDPR).

Proyectos de mejora IT

Participar en la digitalización de procesos constructivos.

Colaborar en la implantación de nuevas herramientas corporativas (ERP, gestión documental, etc.).

Optimizar costes y recursos de IT.
