Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Overview We are seeking an experienced procurement expert to lead our sourcing initiatives and negotiate high-value contracts. This strategic role involves defining procurement plans, analyzing markets, and managing the full procurement lifecycle. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery across complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications Strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and advanced Excel.

English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
