IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise : Provide seamless server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving issues with precision and efficiency.

Infrastructure Management : Oversee core infrastructure using monitoring tools to identify areas for improvement and implement patch management, hardening, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Network Configuration : Configure and manage routing, switching, VPN tunnels, SDWAN configurations, and Firewall policies to guarantee efficient network operations.

Support and Recovery : Offer Level 2 IT support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and oversee enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery drills to safeguard critical data.

Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proficient in English (Advanced level) and Spanish (Advanced level).

Ability to problem-solve, work proactively, and maintain attention to detail in a multicultural environment.
