We are looking for a Store Manager for our new flagship store in Madrid, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand in the Spanish market.

Your Role & Impact
Client & Business Development
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior
- Translate global objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs
Store Operations
Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellenceEnsure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelinesManage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventoryDrive and support all digital initiatives in-storeTeam Leadership & Development
Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindsetPromote a growth-oriented environmentCreate an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspaceBrand Representation
Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in-store and in the local communityEnsure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophyRepresent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioningRequirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmeticsStrong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspireProficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsDeep focus on client service excellencePassion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retailWhat We Offer
