Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
  • Develop your team's product knowledge and selling culture
  • Drive a high-performance culture
  • Business Client Development

  • Maximize the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to enhance the customer journey
  • Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
  • Manage store staffing hours, review effectiveness to optimize coverage, productivity, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and onboard staff as needed
  • Analyze data, utilize reports, and collaborate with senior management to optimize performance
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

    WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in luxury retail required
  • Experience in clienteling and appointments
  • Experience executing bespoke events and experiences for clients
  • Knowledge of the local market and client preferences
