Strategic Risk and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our IT organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in risk management, compliance, and information security.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving our compliance and security management systems (ISMS). This includes identifying, documenting, measuring, and addressing compliance and security requirements, including data protection, privacy, third-party / vendor, information security, and procurement.

As a key member of our transversal Operations team, you will work closely with the Security Stream and collaborate with Markets when needed. The successful candidate must have experience in preparing, running, and facilitating Risk Assessments, as well as being exposed to audits (internal and external) and how to run them effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement, coach, report, and continuously improve Risk, Compliance Security through the Nestlacute Compliance and Information Security management system.

Support the implementation of Compliance Frameworks for new Products (e.g., ISMS RAs, Archer Controls, Compliance Enabler Network SPOCs).

Identify and map risks for all solutions and processes in product groups and other IT teams using the Nestlacute Security, Risk Compliance framework and management systems.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, compliance, information security, and IT jobs.

Graduate degree in computer science, law, IT Security, Quality Management, or business administration.

Industry-related compliance, risk, or security management certification preferred.

Experience developing and submitting IT audit and compliance reports.

Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
