As our Head of Sales in Spain, you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role is a perfect blend of leadership, strategy, and execution, requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.

What you'll bring to the table :

• Extensive and proven experience in this role previously, within the SaaS / Marketplace industry (scale up).
• Proven experience in managing and scaling field sales operations.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience managing teams of 40+ sales representatives.
• Strong ability to use data and analytical skills to drive your strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
• A highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a large sales team across multiple functions, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Sales Development. You'll not only be focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals but also on fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
