Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader ready to take on the challenge of leading and scaling a team in the fast-paced SaaS industry? As our Head of Sales in Spain, you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role blends leadership, strategy, and execution, requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team across multiple functions, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Sales Development.
- Own the sales budget, prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base through strategic sales initiatives.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative sales organization with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Extensive and proven experience in this role within the SaaS / Marketplace industry (scale up).Proven experience in managing and scaling field sales operations.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and people management experience, having led teams of 40+ sales representatives across multiple channels (field, inside, SDR, outbound), with a history of building high-performing, scalable sales organizations.Strong data and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.Benefits
