We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes for France within an international shared services environment. Based in Barcelona, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

Main responsibilities
Process and manage the full payroll cycle for France, ensuring compliance with local tax, social security, and labour regulationsMaintain and validate payroll data using different systemsHandle off-cycle payments, expatriate compensation, and payroll auditsCollaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT) and external vendorsSupport internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting activitiesContribute to payroll process improvements and participate in related projectsEnsure service quality and respond to payroll-related queries in a timely mannerCore skills / experience
Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally in an international or multi-country contextStrong knowledge of payroll systemsStrong knowledge of French payroll legislation and administrative practicesOpen-minded, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teamsWhat\'s on offer
