Payroll Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

Salary : €30,000-€35,000 per annum.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) with flexibility for remote work. The Payroll Specialist will have hands-on responsibility for delivering end-to-end payrolls in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for our clients in one or more European countries, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting audits, and contributing recommendations for streamlining payroll systems and processes. The Payroll Specialist will also ensure accuracy on payments, allowances and deductions, and maintain internal documentation for audit purposes. The role is located in Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English is an essential requirement
• 5+ years of experience with Payroll Processing of any country is an essential requirement
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an essential requirement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid, Spain with the flexibility for hybrid work
• CIPP or other payroll accreditation is preferred
