tailored to each client’s specific needs. Translate business requirements into efficient processes within

SAP Payroll

Your profile :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience

working with

SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll. Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform

analysis and debugging

of related processes and systems. Problem-solving and accuracy :

High capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues, with strong attention to detail and rigor in execution. Adaptability and teamwork :

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Communication and interpersonal skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and understanding of needs. Been located in Madrid or the surrounding area is mandatory

, as this position will initially follow a

hybrid working model
