  • Abogado
  • responsable del prestar asesoramiento legal sobre la actividad comercial de la compañía, en particular de la actividad de las áreas de
  • Ventas, Marketing y Gestión de Clientes de la CBU
  • Asesoramiento legal en las áreas de reclamaciones de clientes, con especial conocimiento en materia de consumidores.
  • Asesoramiento legal en la redacción de cartas y todo tipo de documentos relacionados con la gestión contractual / reclamación de los clientes, en especial en la actividad de los departamentos de gestión de clientes de la CBU.
  • Dirección letrada de procesos judiciales civiles y expedientes sancionadores de consumo. Coordinación de abogados externos y procuradores en pleitos civiles y expedientes sancionadores.
  • Seguimiento de los asuntos y análisis cualitativo de los mismos. Funciones de reporte.
  • Asesoramiento legal en el desarrollo e implantación de productos, con especial conocimiento de los productos IOT.
  • Colaboración en el asesoramiento legal en otras materias relacionadas con las actividades comerciales de la compañía, en especial materia de publicidad, concursos, sorteos, comunicaciones comerciales a clientes, etc.
  • ¿Qué necesitamos?
  • Orientación e interés en el sector de las comunicaciones, avances tecnológicos, digitalización
  • Muy buena capacidad de expresión oral y escrita.
  • Alta orientación al cliente, espíritu crítico y capacidad de ver las situaciones con una perspectiva amplia.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, influencia y capacidad para gestionar conflictos.
  • Creatividad y capacidad de pensar out-of-the-box para buscar soluciones a situaciones complejas.
  • Abogado colegiado con 3-4 años de experiência en despacho o en compañía preferiblemente del sector de la tecnología, comunicaciones o media, asesorando en temas comerciales.
  • Necesaria experiência procesal.
  • Deseable con master en asesoría jurídica o especialización en derecho de telecomunicaciones o derecho mercantil o civil.
  • Inglés : nível muy alto hablado y escrito.
  • Experiência en la redacción y negociación de contratos y todo tipo de documentos legales.
