Legal Counsel (M / F / D)

MISSION : Provide legal advice on all the activities of the Nordex group, in the Latin American region.

YOUR TASKS :

• Contract Negotiation : Prepare and negotiate all types of contracts with clients and suppliers such as complex contracts of turbine supply and installation, EPC, and wind farm operation and maintenance.
• Claim Management : Provide continuous legal support to the Project Management, Operations, Services and Procurement areas for both preparation and review of claims and responses to claims from agreements with customers and suppliers in South American countries.
• Risk Assessment : Elaborate contractual and commercial risk assessments and reports related to contract signature and present and explain said reports to the management for approval.
• Legislation Changes Control : Provide legal support on issues related to changes in legislation and regulation of the renewable energy sector in the different countries of Latin America and their impacts on our operations.
• External Counsel Management : Coordinate and manage external law firms regarding local support in the different countries of Latin America.
