As Junior Privacy & AI Counsel at TravelPerk, you’ll help shape the future of privacy and AI in travel and spend management tech. You will work at the crossroads of cutting-edge technology, evolving privacy and AI governance regulations, and a customer-focused and innovative legal team. This role supports TravelPerk’s move toward an AI-first strategy.
Your work will help earn and keep our customers’ trust while empowering teams with clear, scalable, and future-ready privacy and AI governance that drives TravelPerk’s growth. The company will provide resources to help consolidate a world-class data privacy and responsible AI culture and to grow your profile as a leading professional in privacy and AI governance.
This role sits within TravelPerk’s legal and privacy team and reports to the Senior Privacy Manager, with close collaboration with Privacy & AI Counsel & DPO.

We value growth and development for lawyers; the role aims to build exceptional experience in a fast-scaling, global SaaS business. The next level up from Junior Privacy & AI Counsel is Privacy & AI Counsel, but we are not hiring for that layer now. TravelPerk will offer latitude to deliver outcomes without micromanagement.

We follow an IRL-first approach to work, with most teams in the office three days a week (customer care roles may be up to five days). Being within commuting distance of our hubs is important.
