Overview Corporate Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal support and guidance to our organization.

Responsibilities Offering expert legal advice on corporate matters, including project finance, structured finance, and corporate finance.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for land agreements, grid connection, equipment supply agreements, project finance, EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.

Providing comprehensive legal support on project development, construction, M&A, operation and maintenance, finance, and administration.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law. A Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm or international law firm.

Fluency in English.
