Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Overview Our in-house client, a global fresh food company, is looking for a high-calibre commercial contracts Lawyer to join the team in Madrid. This is a hands-on role, advising on complex supplier and customer contracts, MSAs, licensing, frameworks, distribution agreements and related governance.

Responsibilities Provide practical, hands-on advice on complex supplier and customer contracts, MSAs, licensing, frameworks, distribution agreements and related governance.

Support on corporate matters where needed.

What our client is looking for in applicants 5+ years\' experience in commercial contracts / advisory work

Trained at a major law firm - this is essential

Fluency in Spanish and English - professional-level in both

Experience of English-law governed contracts, or with a strong UK connection (cross-border deals, UK clients, secondments)

Madrid-based (or willing to relocate) with occasional travel

You will also support on Corporate matters where needed.
