- Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools
- Understand customer needs and recommend products through tailored solutions and expert advice
- Support customers with device setup and discovery
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis
