Job Description
This role involves communicating with customers via digital tools, understanding their needs, and recommending the ideal product or solution. You'll support customers with initial setup and device discovery, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and contribute to project KPIs through reporting and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- A passion for tech and consumer electronics, including entertainment, audio / video electronics, IT, computing devices, mobile devices, and smart home solutions
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and video calls
- An ability to build trust and connect with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner
