Job Title : Administrative Support Specialist
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal platforms, preparing reports, and processing risk-related registrations. Additionally, the role will involve employee administration, including onboarding new hires and handling health & safety documentation. The incumbent will also be responsible for office coordination, stock management, and serving as a first point of contact for IT issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage internal platforms
- Prepare, update, and distribute regular reports.
- Process and validate risk-related registrations.
- Support onboarding of new hires (documentation, access, coordination).
- Handle Health & Safety documentation and processes.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Monitor and manage stock of office supplies and materials.
- Liaise with suppliers for office maintenance and facility services.
- Serve as first point of contact for IT issues, coordinating with IT department or external providers.
Requirements :
Education in Administration, Business Management, or related field.Previous experience in administrative support, back office, or office management.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with management platforms is a plus.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Professional level of English and Spanish.Previous experience in PRL / CAE (HSE) activities is a MUST.Competencies :
