Senior Cost Management Specialist

Overview

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in analysis, estimation and cost control functions.

A strong background in Subcontract Department, particularly in Civil, Electromechanical and Structural areas is also required.

In addition, the successful candidate will hold a Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.

Fluency in English is essential, with a minimum level of B2.

We are looking for someone who is available to work abroad and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Cost control and direct cost forecasting

Lead Construction Cost Control Team

Monthly reporting of project execution budget

Risk assessment and escalation management

Cost control dashboards
