Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW We are currently looking for a PPA & Revenue Management Specialist to join our Madrid / Sevilla team. Main responsibilities : Identify, assess, and pursue PPA opportunities in Europe, the USA, and LATAM. Support negotiations and structuring of physical and financial PPAs with corporate and utility offtakers for solar, wind, and storage projects. Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to evaluate risks and ensure successful deal execution. Conduct market analysis, price forecasting, and economic modeling to support decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, corporate buyers, advisors, and regulators. Stay informed on renewable energy regulations that impact PPA negotiations and market positioning. Support origination strategies, RFP responses, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (3 years) in structuring and negotiating PPAs, energy trading, or similar roles. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to develop strategic partnerships. Solid understanding of energy markets in the USA, LATAM, and / or Europe. Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and cultural contexts. Fluent in English required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Financial modeling experience is a strong advantage. Strong commercial mindset, initiative, and self-motivation. What do we offer?
